  1. Duplicating (copy+paste) someone’s sticky note and turning on author shows the original sticky note’s author—I think it should show the new author.

I completely agree. Duplicating a sticky should change the name in the signature to your name

Has this been addressed anywhere? I don’t see any other submissions or releases related to it or the ability to edit the author to show the true author of the sticky note copy.

This is an issue for me too. Once the author’s name is set, it sticks regardless of who duplicates, edits or otherwise.

For what it is worth, @JJ_Monester , I have since learned that if you delete ALL of the text out of the note after duplicating it, entering new text should update the name to yours (I think that is for ANY sticky note, duplicate or not).
