Sometimes you need to be explicit when calling out a measurement where two elements are touching each other. The current dev mode measure tool does not allow you to explicitly measure a distance of 0.
This is a required measurement for proper dev handoff and keeps us from using this feature.

I’m currently using annotations to indicate when elements are touching, but allowing for this would streamline the experience!
