This looks odd, I can’t reproduce on my end (see the video clip below).
Is it happening on browser, desktop app or both? And does it happen on a specific file or any files?
As a first workaround, I’d recommend you to clear out the cache on browser and/or desktop app, to force-quit and re-open Figma to see if that helps.
