I accidentally deleted some elements and can't restore them because of free version. How can I solve it?

Hello!

Today I accidentally deleted some elements from my space, but Figma has only versions which were created more than 30 days ago. I don’t understand why figma didn't do the backup version of my space before I did my delete, and now I can’t restore deleted elements from cmd+z and can’t restore my previous version because of the free account.

Maybe I can restore my previous version from the support ticket?

Hi @Username_Slava - sorry for the confusion on this.

As you’ve mentioned, Figma will only allow you access to the last 30 days of your file’s history. However, as noted in your screenshot at the bottom, you can upgrade to a professional seat and have access to versions that are further back. You can read more about that here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038006754-View-a-file-s-version-history

I will be closing this topic, but feel free to create a new one with any additional questions!
