How do I switch education account to free account

I’ve seen a few of these questions here but no true resolution. I have a a few project with in my account. There is one that I accidentally set to education and now a few of my team members cannot export or access the files because they do not qualify as students. How can i take my account status out of education and place it back into a free starter account?

Hi, I have the exact same problem and I also created a ticket, just like ​@Nakia Queen .

Since its 100% the same, I didn’t want to create the same post again ​@Celine_
