[help] Can’t publish the figma plugin

Hi, i wanted to publish my first Figma plugin but it says “We detected a change to your account details, please contact support@figma.com to publish this plugin”.

So i got in touch with the support team but I got this reply: Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you’re contacting us from a Starter account. Customers on this plan receive support through our Community Support Forum.

Now i don’t know what to do to be honest, if someone can help me resolve this issue, that would be appreciated.
