Wire a hyperlink to another frame

Have a file with bunch of frames to be wired to make a prototype. A word within a paragraph in one of the frames needs to be linked to another frame in the page. I know how to convert a word to a hyperlink and add an URL to direct to a webpage, but here, linking a word to a frame in the same page (file) looks like not supported. Even when I want to create a rectangle over the word to wire the rectangle to next frame, I have to remove Auto-layout to add that.
Any thoughts?
