Are the resume made in Figma machine-readable?, because most HR departments at medium/large orgs will use some form of automated screening of CVs. Non-machine-readable PDF can get you filtered out very easily. Most graphic design tools will do a poor job of this or will require you to go to special pains. Any Idea how Figma does?
