Why i still not got the update of Figma UI 3?

Thanks for reaching out to the community! UI rollout will be happening over the course of the next few months — Figma will send you an update when it’s your turn to experience it.

If you think you may have missed it, you can click on the “?” Icon at the bottom right and see if there’s an option to “use new UI (in beta).” If it’s there, you can swap to it. If not, you’ll be able to access it soon.
