I don’t see any of the UI updates or the AI for design. I tried to reinstall it again, but it’s still not working.

We’re happy to hear about your interest in the UI3 and AI betas.
The waitlist for Figma AI has closed, but we are excited to share that we have begun rolling out UI3 incrementally to all Figma users with the goal of ensuring that every user has access to UI3 over the coming months. This approach will allow us to monitor the performance of UI3, gather feedback from users, and make adjustments based on that feedback before expanding access to a larger audience.
Please note that Figma AI will be introduced separately from UI3 going forward. Once you’ve been granted access to UI3, you’ll see a modal in Figma inviting you to explore the redesigned UI. When you have been granted access to Figma AI, you will see a new button in the toolbar. More information in this article here.

Is anyone else who is still in the legacy UI having issues with files missing random components/UI elements? Things just disappearing from their files? Functionality a bit janky now? It feels like whatever is being pushed out for the new UI is messing up people stuck in legacy. Multiple people at my company who have not yet been pushed the upgrade are having a lot of problems with this.

You have to clic on the right bottom “?” ans clic on “Use new UI (in beta)”
No indded i think there is some kind of bug. There is no option for me to switch to the new UI either. Its get even better inside the Figma app and I switch accounts I do see the new Ui. So 1 app with 2 UI’s, very strange
Hi there! Sorry for any confusion here.
To clarify, UI3 is rolling out to individual accounts rather than entire teams or organizations. This is why only some teammates might have access to UI3, or why you might have access to UI3 in one of your accounts, but not another.
Also, everyone will have UI3 on October 10.

I did get the UI3 but I have not received the AI update. Is there any guide on how do I enable it or AI has only been given to a limited amount of people (or maybe only those who got it in June)
Hey @Design22, sorry for the confusion!
UI3 and Figma AI are being introduced independently. Getting access to UI3 doesn’t automatically also add you to the AI beta. It will continue to rolling out gradually while in beta.
