Why does my present option is not working?

My present button doesnt seem to work. Everytime I try to present, the screen is just pitch black with a white rectangular in the middle and it doesnt work no matter what I press. What are hte suggestions?

Is this issue occurring in all files or specific ones?
Is this issue occurring on the Desktop App, in the Browser, or on both?
Have you tried using a different supported browser to see if the issue persists?
Could you please try clearing your browser and the Desktop app cache to see if the issue persists?

If none of these steps prove helpful, please share a video demonstrating the steps to reproduce the issue with the entire Figma screen. This will help our community visualize and comprehend the situation more clearly.
