Who is a fan of the new position of the ruler on the left side of the panel?

I don’t like how there panels have gaps around them. It is not very helpful to access the vertical ruler. You have to move over the left panel to bring a ruler in. Go back to the panels that do not have gaps and please place the ruler on the right side of the panel.
