Vertical and horizontal auto layout is not working

I’m traying to use autolayout with items and text but the spacing and directions are not working as usual and it’s been difficult to work with that. Can someone help me? I don’t know if i’m doing something wrong.

I have an icon and text, i want to use the horizontal layout, but it works opposite.

Another thing is that sometimes when i give spacing at the left side, it applies on top of the objetc.
