Unable to move high level components without breaking the instances

When moving components from one file to another the instances do not update properly.

Some of the lower level instances are updated such as toggles and buttons, but the high level flow component still gets the “restore component” option.

I got the “move to this file” message when moving over the main component, so it should work should it not?
