Hello, I have a problem. When opening the file, the error âChanges you made to [file name] while offline havenât synced yet.â I donât understand what to do with it and how to fix it.

As a workaround, please try opening your original file in another Browser tab, and sync any offline changes if asked to, as shown in this Help Center article here:
If you find the File is up to date there, you can restart the browser tab or Desktop app and this should clear that message.
If your work isnât up to date when opened in the new tab / browser, and youâre not alerted to sync offline changes, weâd suggest you use âSave as local copyâ from the File menu, to make a backup of your work, and then upload it to check it is complete.
If itâs incomplete, weâd suggest copying and pasting it over from the old tab to the new tab for any work you need to save.
