Streamlined production through questionaire input

I have developed a modular design for playing cards (text fields, graphic elements) - would it be possible to use a questionnaire to ask my customers about the content (texts / descriptions; information on categories that are mapped with the graphic elements), which are then used to design new playing cards? How does this work with Figma?
