Our team has been trying tp help you on X(formerly Twitter).
From what I can see on the backend, you are the Owner of a number of files, but please note that when added to a team as a Admin, you do not automatically gain edit access to projects.files. Usually, the project or file owner will need to still grant you access.
If you’re still having issues accessing the files, please reach out to the file owner to confirm your permission level and invite you to view/edit as needed.
