Says I am verified but dont have access to professional

I searched, but dont know what the issue is… hope theres any help!

I need to use Figma for school, and have put my school email in a verification thing. When I go to that site as linked by my professor it says I am already verified, and links me to the Figma browser interface. Once there, I cannot access any professional features and am asked to get a professional plan by paying.
The automated customer support email tells me I am on a «Starter account» - so I gather I am NOT verified. How do I fix this? I need to join my group’s team…

Hey @siljemst, sorry for the trouble!

I can confirm that you upgraded siljemst’s team to an EDU plan.

Please ensure that you’ve selected this team (siljemst’s team) in your file browser’s left column to access Professional features when making new drafts/files.
