I have 27% letter spacing applied to this text. it’s right aligned to fit the container it’s in best, but it’s causing a gap due to the letter spacing. Has anyone found a workaround?

I think the only way to “fix” this is to add a manual line break.
Unfortunately, I think this is going to be the case with tracking in Figma.
Illustrator is a much better tool that is built for it. So it sorta just understands no one would want the gap persisted on the TOP of the break.
Figma isn’t built for it. Definitely I wish the tool was better at everything…but the focus was not on making a complex text editor tool. So it doesn’t do the best job for this.
The good news is you are not entirely crazy. This is a problem.
The bad news is there is not a magic setting for Figma to break before or after the tracking space. 😕
