I have a Pro account, and A file that’s been shared with me now says my access is restricted, even though up until now I had full editing permission

Hey @ed123 , welcome to the community! This usually happens because you have a viewer-restricted role on the team where the file is located. The viewer restricted role overrides all other permissions. To edit any files, your role will need to be upgraded to ‘full’. As a first workaround, I’d recommend you to check with the owner of the team.
