Restore the old top tool bar

I find the floating bottom toolbar more visually complex and challenging to use compared to the previous top toolbar.

Constantly shifting my attention downwards disrupts my workflow and feels inconvenient. It would be helpful if we could either revert to the previous layout or have the option to move the toolbar to the top, bottom, or reposition it freely—similar to Photoshop. This flexibility would allow users to customize the layout to better suit their workflow.
