Restore a file

Hello!
I accidentally deleted a project with files in it. All the files were supposed to be moved to deleted drafts, but one of them hasn`t. I can’t find this file in my deleted drafts. Also, everyone who had access to edit this file has checked their deleted drafts and did not find this file.

Is there anything I can do about this? 🥲

Hi again @Manager_Progress – I think in this instance, we’ll actually need to get you some help from support directly. Unfortunately, I don’t the ability to help with restoration.

Is the email address associated with your Figma account the best one to contact you at? Just wanted to check in case you’d prefer correspondence with a different one.
