I am trying to simply do basic prototyping but it doesn’t work anyone help where I did mistake?

“Scroll to” is going to scroll the page down. If your page isn’t long enough to scroll in the first place, this will have no effect. Are you trying to swap the toggle from on to off on click? If that’s the case you set that up like this…
Create a toggle component with two variants (on and off). Then in the component, set a prototype interaction that when you click one it uses the “Change to” method to swap to the other variant. Now include an instance of this component in your actual design you want to prototype.
