Pro Account: AI Content training

I am not sure if this is an content issue on email notifications but this was email I received.

“Because you’re on an Education Pro team, content training is set to ‘off’ by default.”

Couple of facts:

  • I am admin on two Professional plan accounts and have no idea what “Education Pro team” is
  • Content training was set to ‘on’ on both accounts I manage

Does anyone have any inputs on this?

It could be that someone shared a file with you before and that file was in the Edu plan team. Just speculating. I’m on Edu plan and haven’t received any emails like this.
