preview issue

Hi,

I’ve you experienced an issue these days with the preview functionnality?
In the old version of Figma I could move an element and see it move in the preview window but now it doesn’t work … Any idea?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I tested it on my end, but it works fine as below:

Could you try the quick troubleshooting below?

  • Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
  • Browser : Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
  • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.

If the issue still persists, would you be able to share the file link with access to support-share@figma.com? It won’t affect your billing. I hope I can investigate it further.
