While i was doing halfway, i try to view it on my present mode and realised some of my slide is missing after i connect all my prototypes button. What is the reason that my slide is missing and the present mode is showing black screen?
Hey there! Hmm I can’t reproduce it. It is working on my end. Can you please redirect to the frame you are seeing a black screen in the presentation view so we can try to replicate here?
Is it happening on browser, desktop app or both? And, is the issue only happens on this particular file? Can you also try to clear out the cache (browser and/or desktop app) then force-quit to see if that helps? Let me know!
