Position: Fixed (stay in place) is not working!

Question

I have selected Fixed position for a navigation bar but it is disappearing in the preview mode, when I change it to “scroll with parent” it is showing in the preview.
How to fix this problem?

It is in first part, seems like there is a bug, cause I created another frame and copied the content from the first one to second one and worked out.Thanks for your response Lham &#9996;&#65039;

did you use that element in the first part of the screen or the second part where yo scroll?
cuz in that case, it doesn’t work, you need to use it in the first part when you haven’t scrolled yet.
