Acabo de cambiarme a Plan Educación, pero mi plan sigue gratis y no cambia al plan educación, ya he sido verificado, no sé qué hacer
¿alguna idea?

Hi! Sorry for any confusion @FM_Medicina — once you get approved for an education account, you still need to create a new team (or select an existing team) to apply your education upgrade on.
I wasn’t sure you’ve already run through the rest of the steps after receiving approval, but you can find them on this page.
