I checked all my notifications settings for comments. Everything is on. I checked that I’m on the right team and was also added as an admin. I’m not able to tag myself in a comment but I can tag other people just fine.
Even the files I created people cannot find me to mention.
Thought maybe it would just take time for me to show up in the mention drop down but it has been a month.

Sorry for the delay. Support answered supper quick and said that it’s a known issue and ran a repair action from their end on my account.
