I have submitted a ticket, but am posting here for further communication.
Our enterprise is not receiving emails from Figma. This includes new user verification, comment notifications, additions to files, etc.
We have checked spam, junk, and quarantine and are not seeing anything. I am posting here because without email, I have no other way to communicate with Figma. Even when I submitted the ticket, I did not receive any confirmation email.
If someone could please assist here, I would appreciate it.
