No access to the file

Could you please check the following:

• The file is in your deleted folder (Open your drafts > click the deleted page). If so, right-click the file to restore it.
• The file may have been moved by a teammate who also had access to it. Please check with your teammates and ask the owner to update the file permissions, then try again.
• You’re logged into the Figma account that should have access to this file. You can switch accounts via the top-right and top-left corners of the file browser.

Thank you Toku for you respond. We already checked all this. The problem that the owner also don’t hav access and it wasn’t deleted.
