brand new user to Sigma. I am presently using the free plan. each time I click onto either new frame or shape etc it shows a error page. can someone point me into the right direction. thank you

Hey Tony - can you let me know if you’re still seeing this issue?
If so, are you using the desktop app or the website? If you’ve tried both, do you still have issues with shapes serving you an error message?
