Have you checked that you’re looking for your files within the right Team? From the file browser, simply click on the team name in the sidebar and choose a team from the dropdown menu.

If you still don’t see your files after checking each team, please let me know, if you can recall any file names or if you have any links to the files. I can try to track them down on the backend.
