My Figma account got hack

My Figma account was hacked earlier today and the hacker is requesting bitcoin, 6k equivalent. Can Figma support help me get my files back? it’s all I have left after bankruptcy.

I have sent a message to Figma support but no feedback yet, I have also change my password and while doing that, he deleted all the files making it difficult to recover anything back, including the team files and draft.

Please, I need help. Could you help me?
