Sorry for the trouble! Can you give me some info on how you’re attempting to open the files?

Are you using Figma on the web or on the desktop app? Have you tried both to see if drafts don’t open in both places?

If they aren’t opening properly on the desktop app AND the Figma website, let me know.

IF you are using Figma in browser, then try using the different browser.

i can’t open the design file once i closed it showed i can’t access. Contact the owner, an admin, or support for assistance. actually i am the creator. i tried refund it by some ways that i searched from internet and Figma community. it didn’t work.

my project file is missing . the file wasn’t in draft. i only can see the file name in history .But when i click it. it showed i can’t access. couldn’t you please help me to find the file
