My account doesn't seem to use all new Ui changes

I logged in into Figma with an old account and tried to switch the UI to the new update. It seems the only changes that happened was the toolbar.

Property panels and Layers panel seem unchanged, does anyone know if it could be a bug?

Thanks for the screenshot, I confirm this is intended. We reverted back to the fixed panels on UI3 a few days ago. Sorry for any confusion here!

Yes, no problem. This is how it looks right now. I do have my work account which shows me a different UI
