I searched this here and on YouTube. This should be simple but I have tried changing hierarchy, opacity, etc…
I am wanting the large rectangle the covers the image to persist and the small rectangle to be transparent, allowing for a focused view of the button/area of the screen I am wanting to highlight.
What am I doing wrong?
