As I further upskill in UX Design I’m conducting a case study on a grocery app designed to simplify shopping for busy professionals. It’s a comprehensive tool for meal planning, recipe inspiration, budget-conscious options, and sustainability purchasing.
So far, I’ve run cognitive walkthroughs with 8 participants, which provided insights. Now, I’m moving to the heuristic review phase and looking for expert opinions to help evaluate the app’s usability.
