Was there an update this past weekend? When we send links out, we tell them to use the SSO log-in but that option disappeared this weekend (Oct 19/20).

Thanks for bringing this up! I understand the confusion, especially with the SSO log-in option disappearing over the weekend.


There are a few possible reasons why this might be happening:



  1. The organization doesn’t currently use SSO for Figma, so the person trying to log in may need to use their email and password.

  2. The person may not be set up to use Figma in the company’s system. In this case, they might need to reach out to their IT team to ensure they’re added correctly.

  3. It’s also possible they were previously set up but have since been removed from the system (de-provisioned).


I’m not entirely sure why this change occurred, but I’m actively checking with the team internally and will keep you updated as soon as I know more.

Hi @Gayani_S - thanks for the update. The workaround we used was to go to figma.com and use the SSO there to login and then the link worked.
