Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the team I created. I am the team owner and, until now, I was the only member. However, my access suddenly changed to ‘limited access’. As a result, I can no longer access my files and data from this team. Is there a way to recover full access? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I’ve done some initial research, and there could be several scenarios at play. It might be best to request further assistance to our support team regarding this specific team.

I see in the backend that the ‘Sodit’ team is on Starter plan. Starter teams can only have one project (More information how this works in our guide) but you have actually two projects. This is why you may received this limit access notification.


You will need to move files around in order to stay within the limit. For example, you can move files from one project to another, then delete the empty project. Or another option, you can move project files into team drafts. Guide to move files here


If these recommendations don’t help, please submit directly a ticket with some visualisation of the errors or “limited access” that you see (screenshots, videos) and a link of the team so the support team can investigate it further: here
