Is there a way to "lock" a file from being edited, but still allow others to pull components from the file for use?

We have created numerous UI toolkits filled with components. We want to restrict edit abilities on these components, but still allow people within our organization to pull the components and use them as needed in their designs.

Does Figma currently have a way to do this? Is there also a way to track how to components are being used/altered?

Hey @Keara, thanks for reaching out!

You can use Team Libraries to give your Org access to components, as needed, without allowing them to edit the components in the file they were created.

You can then track how the library is being used from Library Analytics.
