As all the backgrounds are circle shapes the only way is to color-fill each single frame.
To make it easy select all icons combine them into a single variant, and duplicate your primary variant to have it as a background color reference. Select all background layers in all of your primary variant components at once and add a filled background to every single one using your color reference variant. (Check the video for reference)
