We have recently identified an issue concerning our monthly billing. It has come to our attention that there are 8 unexpected users who have been granted full access to our system. This unanticipated increase in the number of full-access users has led to additional charges on our monthly invoice.


We revoke their accesses and give them only view access, please help us is there any possibility that they revise the invoice or provide us a prorated invoice for the payment as this become a work stopper for us now.


Help us community this is very urgent.

Support is dealing with higher volume than usual, but they’ll reply as soon as they can. I can confirm that we received your support requests from Monday and Tuesday on tickets #1017955 and #1019194.
