iOS app never loading past 'logo' screen

Can’t get the app to work at all
The app has worked previously but I’ve had this issue for the last 2/3 months.

I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading, rebooting phone and installing up to date OS.

Running on iPhone 13, OS 16.3.1 (but older versions also didn’t work)
