Right panel is offscreen. I have to scroll right & left in toolbar to see panels Can only view 1 at a time). Not sure what I did to do this, but I can’t get them on screen together again??? I’ve tried the shortcuts, but to no help. UGH!

Are you able to share a screenshot with me so I can see what you’re seeing on your end?
Have you minimized UI? You can minimize the UI by clicking 
to collapse both the navigation panel and properties panel.
Also is this issue happening in all your files?
