I want to know how can I quickly set the rectangle in a frame with accurate measuring

Not sure what you mean by accurate measuring. Use the properties panel, I guess?

I’m not sure if it’s the fastest, but I use Option+H to align horizontal centers in a frame to put a layer in the middle of the frame. You can move a rectangle by holding Shift + mouse in the frame, too. I’m also curious how others are doing!
