I requested a refund, nothing but crickets so far

I recently submitted a request, but I haven’t heard anything back. Ticket no.: #1185771.

How can we get in touch directly with someone from Figma?

    You might want to check their support status on web cric forums, sometimes others share updates there while waiting for responses.
