facing issue regarding Figma Professional plan upgrade.

Hey @TechTools, thank you for reaching out! I understand how confusing this situation can be, especially since you paid for 5 seats. I’ve seen that you also submitted a support ticket (#1157295), and it looks like our support team has already sent a response—please take a look when you have a moment.


I’m sharing the outcome of your issue with the community to help others who might encounter a similar situation.



To clarify, because your team is on the monthly Professional plan, you’re billed based on the number of members assigned the ‘full’ role (design editors). When you first upgraded, you were billed $75 USD for 5 editors. However, it looks like your team has since been adjusted to 3 editors, so you’ll only be billed for those 3 going forward.
