i purchased a figma professional plan with 5 member. now only 3 of my member got full edit and view access. 2 of them didnt get why. i paid for 5 seat $75. shouldnt all 5 member get the full access?

To clarify, because your team is on the monthly Professional plan, you’re billed based on the number of members assigned the ‘full’ role (design editors). When you first upgraded, you were billed $75 USD for 5 editors. However, it looks like your team has since been adjusted to 3 editors, so you’ll only be billed for those 3 going forward.
