I cannot see the billing tab until I renew my account

I am not renewing currently the subscription so the team is locked. I want to get my invoice on January 2023, & I can’t reach it because there’s no “Billing” tab visible on Figma once it’s locked. How can I fix that ?

Hey @Remon1, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble!

Once you cancel, the admin console is removed from your account, so this is currently expected.

We can still help though! Please reach out to the support team directly via this form: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

They can provide you with any of your past invoices, if you’re the past the owner or admin.
