I am not able to export any image or any element from the desktop app, and the other concern is i can’t even place any image as well, I am switching from desktop to web app for doing this.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you try clearing the cache in the desktop app and then restart the app to see if that resolves the issue? You can clear the cache by going to Help > Troubleshooting > Clear cache and restart.


If you’re working with other collaborators, are they experiencing the same problem? If yes, could you please share the file link with us so we can look into it further?
